Ingredients: For Low Sodium Boneless Wings
- 2 LBS Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (300 mg per serving)
- 1 cup Flour (0mg)
- 1 cup plain panko bread crumbs (55 mg per 1/2 cup)
- Spray oil, I usually use canola or EEOO (0mg)
Sauce:
- Hunts No salt added ketchup (10 mg per 2 tbsp)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar(0mg)
- 1.5 tsp Worcestershire sauce (55 mg per tsp)
- 1 tsp onion powder (0mg)
- 1 tsp ground mustard (0mg)
- spices (garlic, onion, any no salt season you like) (0mg)
Recipe:
Chicken:
Cut chicken in to 2 inch cubes
In a large bowl, combine flour, breadcrumbs, any spices you like except salt! Mix well.
Dredge you chicken in the flour mixture. Remove your chicken pieces and spray with oil. Repeat this process one more time. Make sure you chicken has no plain white flour showing without oil. Then place in over on 450 for 30 minutes or in your air fryer for 18 minutes. Make sure to turn the chicken pieces half way through to get an even cook!
Sauce:
While you chicken is cooking, we need to start the sauce. You are going to add the sauce ingredients into a bowl an whisk together. Season with your heart!
Once your chicken is done, while it is still hot, add it into your sauce bowl. Toss until coated! You can top with herbs or just eat it as is! These are a hit at my house and go super fast! Sometimes I have to double the recipe!
Enjoy! Hit me up if you have great recipes to share!
