Low Sodium Fajitas

- 1 lb of chicken, steak or shrimp. (Sodium varies per meat. All 2 are usually loso. Be sure to check packages. We will use 300mg as an average, but will most likely be much lower).
- 1 package of Mrs Dash Salt-Free Fajita Seasoning (0mg)
- Olive Oil (0mg)
- Clove of Garlic (0mg)
- 1 large onion (0mg)
- 3 Bell peppers of assorted colors (0mg)
- Juice of 1 lime (0mg)
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh-cracked pepper (0mg)
- Corn Tortillas (15mg per 3 tortillas)
- Shredded cheese (such as Kroger Mexican Style Blend) (170mg for 1/4 cup) – I usually use about this much for 3 tacos.
- Sour Cream (15mg for 2 tbsp)
- lettuce, tomato, onion, cilantro, or any other fresh veggie you would like for topping! (0mg)
