- 1 package of Mrs Wages Salt Free Taco Season (0mg)
- Lettuce (0 mg)
- Onion (0mg)
- 1 Package corn tortilla’s (15mg per tortilla)
- Shredded Swiss Cheese (35mg)
- Cilantro (0mg)
- Tomato (0mg)
- Sour Cream (I prefer low fat) (45mg tbsp)
