    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (0mg)
    • Teaspoon of Maple Syrup (10mg)
    • 1/4 teaspoon fresh-cracked pepper (0mg)
    • 1/2 teaspoon dried sage (0mg)
    • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme (0mg)
    • Half teaspoon of Fennel Seed (0mg)

Recipe:

I have missed sausage so much…until I found this recipe from Harvest Skillet.  I of course tweaked it to remove the salt and added Fennel seed and Maple syrup to enhance all the goodness. Feel free to experiment and create your own! I just loved how these turn out and they are freezer friendly! Simply mix everything into a large bowl. Grab out a handful and shape as you wish. Patties, balls, leave it ground, the choice is yours! Once you have your mixture shaped, Heat a skillet and add a small bit of oil. Place your pork in the skillet. Cook until completely browned. Drain your grease. Enjoy! Hit me up if you have great recipes to share!
