There are products that you will find from time to time that make your day. I love finding new things to incorporate into our daily meals. It’s such a nice change of pace to find a new flavor or product that you have been missing since starting this journey.
Below are some items I usually find at Whole Foods. Of course each location differs, but they may be able to order it for you! Never hurts to ask.
Low Sodium Items – Whole Foods
Now we all know there are many other items and variations of these items. These are just the ones I usually get. They keep me going most days.
Don’t forget to check the labels on your frozen dinners as well….there are quite a few that are low sodium but are not branded as such! I will do another post on frozen dinners soon!
