- Mrs Dash No Salt Added Taco Seasoning (0mg)
- Shredded swiss cheese (35mg per 1/4 cup)
- Corn Tortillas (15mg)
- Terry Ho’s LIGHT Yum Yum Sauce (10mg per tbsp)
- Veggies of your choice

- black beans (no salt added)(0mg)
- onions(0mg)
- tomatoes(0mg)
- avocados (0mg)
