Ingredients: Low Sodium Shrimp Po’ Boy

Combine 3 tbsp’s of yum yum sauce with 1 tbsp of horseradish sauce. Mix well and viola!

Recipe:

This shrimp is already cooked. You may find a shrimp you have to cook. If so, prepare by package directions. Some people like breaded shrimp. I have found some very low sodium breaded frozen shrimp as well. Just check labels! Add one of your smart pockets to the toaster. Once slightly crispy, remove from toaster. Add in your shrimp, lettuce, onion, radish, celery and any other low sodium veggie you choose! Top with the “remoulade sauce” and enjoy! Enjoy! Hit me up if you have great recipes to share!
